An Excellent Result
Congratulations to our New Members, who played in the BLI Mini League for new Bowlers in Bray this morning. Only two of them had played on a team before. They achieved convincing wins on all three rinks and an overall score of 55 shots to Bray’s 33 shots. Well done by all .

End of an Era
Today was the end of an Era when Paul Kingston who has organised our twice weekly Social Bowling mornings for almost 10 years decided to retire and pass the baton on to others. He will be sadly missed as Social Bowling Organiser and in appreciation of all he has done his many friends among the social bowlers had a collection and made a presentation to him this morning.
Our thanks to Gay Greene who organised the presentation and our President Ian Flood who made the presentation on behalf of the social bowlers. Our biggest thanks must go to Paul who devoted so much time to making the Social Bowling mornings such a success.
