Dun Laoghaire Bowling club was established in 1965 and moved to its current location at Eglington Park in 2012.
Our green is synthetic and so bowling can be enjoyed by our members all year round.
DLBC caters for bowlers of all ages and standards.
Teams are entered for both the Summer and Winter leagues as well as the associated Cup matches, all of which are organised by our governing body, Irish Lawn Bowls (ILB). During the Summer season the ILB also run various competitions at both junior and senior level. These involve singles, pairs, triples and fours matches. Many of our members enter these as well.
During the summer season we have internal competitions in various categories thereby ensuring that bowlers of all levels can participate.
Social bowling takes place on Tuesdays and Fridays from 11am to 12.30pm. and all are welcome especially new members.
Coaching is also available at the club throughout the year.
